Payment Services Terms and Conditions

As part of the Ticketing SaaS contracting process, the Client shall enter into a separate payment service agreement with the payment service provider Adyen N.V. During the provision of the SaaS Services and with regard to the payment process configuration and instructions, it is the intention of the parties that GetYourGuide shall act towards Adyen in the name and on behalf of Client. These Payment T&Cs shall govern the Client’s acceptance of the Adyen T&Cs, as well as both Parties’ rights and obligations in connection to the payment processes of the SaaS Services.
